Nicole serves as our Client Relations Specialist and Paralegal, often acting as the first point of contact for clients. With a welcoming presence and a genuine commitment to service, she ensures each individual feels valued, supported, and confident from the very first interaction. Nicole plays a vital role in managing a wide range of projects and responsibilities, all with the goal of delivering exceptional representation and a seamless client experience.
Bringing over 15 years of experience within the trial court system, Nicole offers an exceptional depth of knowledge and insight. Her background includes serving as a docket clerk, court clerk, certified electronic operator, and probation officer—roles that have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of court procedures and operations. This experience, combined with her keen attention to detail and strong work ethic, allows her to navigate complex matters with professionalism and precision.
Equally important is Nicole’s deep sense of compassion. She understands that many clients come to the firm during some of the most challenging times in their lives, and she is dedicated to providing not only guidance, but reassurance and care throughout the process.
Outside of the office, Nicole’s greatest joy is her family. She spends much of her time caring for her children, supporting them at their various sporting events, and cherishing moments with her grandchildren, whom she adores. She also enjoys nurturing her creativity through photography, plants, crafting, and home décor.
Nicole’s dedication, experience, and heartfelt approach make her an invaluable resource to both the firm and the clients she so passionately serves.
