Takura Presents at the Michigan Supreme Court Learning Center’s High School Moot Court Program

Once again, Takura was invited back to the Hall of Justice to serve as faculty for Exploring Careers in the Law, the Michigan Supreme Court Learning Center’s high school moot court program. This year, he spoke with students about how to prepare and present oral arguments. This year’s students used Takura’s comments and responses to their questions to help them prepare arguments based on BL v. Mahanoy, a student speech case decided last term by the United States Supreme Court.
