PPO Dismissed

Marisa recently won a contested PPO hearing, resulting in a PPO being dismissed against C&N’s client. Through diligent investigation, Marisa successfully challenged the information contained in the petition for the PPO in a cross-examination of the petitioner. The Court ultimately found that both parties were consensually contacting each other, and there was no basis for the PPO to continue. Now C&N’s client can continue going to school and focus on his future.
