Criminal Sexual Conduct―Not Guilty x 3

Takura, Marisa, and Nicole were in trial for three weeks defending C&N's client who was accused of sexually assaulting his two daughters for several years. The trial team was able to show the motive that both complainants had to make false claims. The jury found our client not guilty on three counts and there was a hung jury on the remaining five.
