Our Attorneys Write the Commentary for ICLE's Criminal Sexual Conduct Jury Instructions

Mary Chartier and Takura Nyamfukudza, along with Phoenix Hummel, have finished writing the lengthy commentary for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s jury instructions for criminal sexual conduct cases. The commentary provides guidance to practitioners by including critical cases that relate to the statutes, information on collateral consequences, defenses, and trial tips.
