Takura Hosts the Incoming Class of The School Days Foundation at C&N

Takura recently hosted the incoming class of The School Days Foundation at C&N. The Foundation was established to empower young people to become successful students who ultimately grow into transformational leaders and innovators. Takura wasted no time getting the students on their feet as he used vignettes to increase their understanding of the Fourth Amendment and the rest of the Bill of Rights. Indeed, one of the big takeaways was that criminal defense litigators are ever-present proverbial full-court press that guards the rights of the accused. The fruit of the poisonous tree that springs from unconstitutional police actions was not the only food that was on people’s lips. Everyone who knows Takura knows that he loves to eat. So it was no surprise that he made sure that the students left with full bellies after he put them through their paces.
