Takura recently presented at a Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan educational conference like he has done so many times in the past. This summer, he teamed up with Tracie McCarn Dinehart to discuss what specialty courts are and why they are beneficial to clients. The session provided a nuts-and-bolts approach to finding specialty courts and advocating for client admissions into these problem-solving and treatment-based courts.
