I am sure in your line of work that you see this a lot. I haven’t had any personal experience yet with this sort of thing. I want to say thank you for holding my hand and guiding us through this. I know you see this all the time, but you truly made a very scary experience not so scary. I don’t mean just thank you for the outcome, I mean thank you for your bedside manner.
