Title IX Investigation Victory

C&N’s client was a doctor who was accused of misconduct with a student-athlete during an appointment. C&N conducted an independent investigation, and Takura scheduled a meeting with school officials soon after the allegation was made. Ultimately, a formal Title IX complaint was denied because there was no violation of university policy.
