The Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan is squarely focused on promoting expertise in criminal law and procedure as well as improving trial and appellate advocacy. Takura recently participated in a “train the trainer” session for CDAM’s newly minted jury selection course. Jury selection is one of the most important phases of a jury trial. When done properly, it ensures a fair and impartial jury by having attorneys identify and strike potential jurors based on their biases, prejudices, or conflicts of interest.
