Mary Chartier and Takura Nyamfukudza recently took and completed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration/International Association of Chiefs of Police Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Practitioner Course. They completed the same training that police officers take, and they are now certified in conducting field sobriety tests. This knowledge will be invaluable in assessing and litigating future OWI cases.
