It was a packed house during Mary and Takura’s presentation at the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan fall conference. Their presentation – Motion Practice for the Experienced Litigator – gave an overview of pretrial motions that lead to successful litigation. Mary and Takura based the presentation on motions that the C&N team has filed and successfully argued in courts all over Michigan. All the litigators who attended left with additional weapons in their arsenal to best fight for their clients!
