Mary Chartier to be Featured in an ICLE On-Demand Seminar

The 2016 Medical Marijuana Facilities Licensing Act (MMFLA) significantly increased the scope of permissible medical marijuana activity in Michigan. The act created five different license categories that will usher in a new era of commercial and retail activity estimated to approach one billion dollars.

To assist its members to be better advocates for their clients, ICLE is presenting an On-Demand Seminar entitled Medical Marijuana: Representing Regulated Entities.

Mary is one of the leading authorities in Marijuana Law, teaching the nation’s first Marijuana Law class and helping to found the State Bar of Michigan’s Marijuana Law Section and serving as an officer on its board.
