Takura Presents at the Wayne County Criminal Advocacy Program

Attorney Takura Nyamfukudza recently presented at the Wayne County Criminal Advocacy Program. His presentation, Nuts and Bolts of Eyewitness Identification Evidence, gave an overview of the types of identifications and procedures that are conducted in Michigan, how to challenge identification evidence and testimony when necessary, and explored defense strategies including when experts are needed for trial.
