Mary Chartier to Present at the ICBA Bench-Bar Conference

On February 20, 2016, Mary Chartier will be presenting at the Ingham County Bar Association’s Bench-Bar Conference at the Veterans Memorial Courthouse in Lansing, Michigan. She will participate in a panel discussion that will focus on the potential effects of pleading guilty or no contest. The topics will include bond, tethers, work release, jail time, firearm possession, financial aid, licenses, and deportation. Mary will be joined on the panel by the Honorable Joyce Draganchuk, 30th Circuit Court, and the Honorable Hugh Clarke, 54A District Court. This will be a beneficial discussion for all criminal defense attorneys.
