Mary Chartier to Present at 2012 Michigan Judges Association Conference

Mary Chartier will be presenting at the 2012 Michigan Judges Association Conference at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. She will co-present with Lansing family law attorney Natalie Alane on the topic of the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act and analyzing the law from both a family law and criminal law perspective. Mary is involved in two cases currently at the Michigan Supreme Court involving medical marijuana – State of Michigan v McQueen, commonly thought of as the "dispensary" case, and People v Koon, the recent driving case involving the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act.
