C&N Founding Partners Contribute Commentary for the Michigan Model Criminal Jury Instructions

C&N is proud to announce that our Founding Partners Mary Chartier & Takura Nyamfukudza were again asked to contribute commentary for the Michigan Model Criminal Jury Instructions. Mary wrote the ICLE commentary for the Evidence and Sex Crimes chapters while Takura wrote the commentary for the Witnesses chapter. The Criminal Jury Instructions are used by attorneys all over the State of Michigan, and we could not be more thrilled that Mary and Takura continue to contribute to this vital tool!
