Mary Chartier is Quoted in Mother Jones Magazine

Mary Chartier is representing a client in a medical marijuana case that is profiled in the March/April issue of Mother Jones magazine. The article is entitled, “This Car Brakes for Doritos – As legalized pot spreads, what will states do about stoned drivers?” The case –People v Koon – is currently pending in the Michigan Supreme Court.
